So, I was weighed and measured as well at the doctor's, because they always do that.
But yeah. I'm 254 lbs. That's about 25-30 less than the last time I was weighed.
How did I lose 30 pounds and not notice?
Oh. This does explain why my belt now closes at the second notch instead of the third.
