Yeah, you make a border around text by using the 'stroke' option and making it only one pixel wide.

Me=dumb. What do you do before you get to the "stroke" part? Like, the stroke option isn't available until you do what?

Well, I have Photoshop 6, and one of the 'level blending' choices is stroke. So, I click that, and make it so that it only covers one pixel.
