But I'm not working Wednesday. I'll be working Thursday-Saturday, and then I'm off Sunday.

[livejournal.com profile] jic? Did you want to do something Tuesday night-Wednsday? I seem to recall you mentioning something. I'll be at my dad's tonight and tomorrow. You know the number.

Anyway, I'm trusting my mom to record Buffy for me this week. It's scary, but I think she can do it.

The Angel-fic is definitely on hold until I find out what happens on Wednesday.

I've written an X2 double-drabble, Rogue-pov, that I'm not sure about. Yet, I'm still going to post it here.

Five Voices

David, Logan, Erik, Bobby and John, all rattling around inside her.

And just one Marie to keep them all in line.

It was off-balance, five of them against one of her.

One kiss with David and he was still in her head now. Logan was still strong and Erik was a touch weaker, but still powerful.

And now she had Bobby and John.

She hadn't realized just how much Bobby liked her until that kiss. And he didn't just want to touch the untouchable, but also wanted to spend time with her. To laugh together and be a couple. Bobby was the guy that any mother would be happy to have her daughter date.

It was sweet. She'd never had sweet in her head before.

David had been terrified. Logan wasn't sweet. He was a great guy, but sweet wasn't anywhere near the right word for him. And Erik… well, she should've killed him on the plane, before he'd taken off with John.

John was bravado covering fear and pain. John was… making her feelings for Bobby even stronger.

He thought of himself as Pyro more than half the time.

And not one of them knew how to shut up.
