It's easy to see why Daniel is the kind of character fandoms go nuts over, and Jack is so... not what I expected. He's snarky and cute and goofy and lovable where I thought I'd be getting an overbearing action hero type. And the whole team dynamic is just so darn endearing.

Ditto with all that. Actually, when watching the movie, Jack is what you'd expect. I'm so glad that the character shifted with the transition to the series. Series!Jack is fun.
