Good or bad, Threads is certainly prompting a lot of discussion, which is something that I always enjoy.

And have I mentioned my glee at being part of a living fandom again? I'm thrilled, too, that Atlantis is perking up and will hopefully be a source of joy and fandom when SG-1 ends (possibly after the ninth season, but who knows, as they always think the next season is the last).

I'm also finding BSG to be a really interesting show but... I don't feel fannish about it. I just want to watch it and don't care about dissecting it.

I feel exactly the same way about BSG. I love the atmosphere, the way it's shot, the acting, the characters--but I'm happy just to sit back and take it in. No feeling of wanting to participate.

Also happy Atlantis is perking up. It took me awhile to warm up to it and I didn't think it would fill any gap left if/when SG-1 ends, but now I'm thinking it could. Gladness.

Very much gladness. I'd just gotten used to having a new fannish show and I very much would hate losing that again so soon.
