Wow! *is impressed by your foreplanning*

Since you are being so proactive, thought I'd mention that VividSection has been replaced by a panel that [livejournal.com profile] astolat is doing on Aesthetics. Unfortunately, our VividSection volunteer ended up having to cancel on the con -- but I think the Aesthetics panel will be excellent.
