And yeah, I agree with you 100% (about not watching a series, about Torchwood's direcetion). It just... it came together. I mean, the first two series were invariably different in tone but if it weren't for the character dynamics being established there, CoE would not have been as powerful, IMO.

I am excited for Jane Espensen ep! and Doris Egan's episode!
