lost a bit of faith in the Doctor being a person rather than some clever animatronic mock-up. The faith came back when he acted like himself again in the next episode
I'd say he *was* acting like himself. *shrug* But I think the loss of faith on Rose's part is intended. She has to see what he's like when he's not being all about her.
there was a week there where I wondered if I'd ever like the Doctor again.
