Though I believe that Rose probably was searching for a way to come across without fracturing the whole thing, she wouldn’t risk anyone but herself for the sake of just her own happiness.

And yet, RTD admits in the Confidential that she would never have stopped looking for a way back. And I love that about her. I love how stubborn she can be. (Plus, all that research probably came in handy when the stars started going out and she decided it was worth the risk.) Here’s the quote:
